The STUDENTS SUNDAY began from a desire the students had to play live tournaments with good structure and affordable buy-in. The first event was more than successful, since it was soldout and unfortunately some players were left outside the tournament! Of course this fact established the STUDENTS SUNDAY. The tournament is aiming at students, but anyone who wishes can participate, the registration is open to all fans of poker.
We recommend that you make a reservation. Simply fill out the form below with the required information. Once you register, your place is kept exclusively for you until 15 minutes prior to tournament start. If by then the required buy-in is not paid, the reservation is considered as canceled.
RANKING
The Students Sunday has its own ranking. The calculation of the points for the winners is the same as in major poker tournament series, such as the European Poker Tour. Points are given to players who finish in the top 20% of the total participations. The points are calculated in accordance with the following formula:
Points = 100 x [square root of (A) / square root of (B)]
A = the number of entries
B = the player's finishing position (D = 1 for first place, A = 2 for second etc)
